I understand starting therapy can feel daunting. I can provide a therapeutic space where you are able to explore thoughts and feelings that may sometimes be difficult, within a relationship that is non-judgemental and empathic. This therapeutic relationship is confidential.

I have extensive clinical psychotherapy training, and clinical experience working with a range of mental health needs, presentations and diagnoses. This experience includes additional specific training in and working with bereavement, and training in and working with substance and alcohol dependence.

I am fully insured and a member of UKATA - UK Association for Transactional Analysis and EATA — European Association for Transactional Analysis. I work in accordance with the codes of ethics and Professional Practise of these professional bodies and you can find me in the professional listings of Psychology Today, and on the UKATA website.
